My coaching addresses all aspects of your health with a holistic philosophy of addressing all of the aspects of your wellness. Creating positive based change and implementing effective, sustainable wellness processes will help you build resilience, self-efficacy and the confidence to achieve your personal goals.   Managing your stress, lifestyle and decisions regarding your health is one of the most important aspects of living a happy, productive life.  As your Health Coach, I will help you discover the tools to take action and implement goals to help you create the wellness vision you desire.  You can take actions every day to change how you feel and I will partner with you on the journey.  

I have a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine with extensive education in both western and eastern medicine, and have been working with individuals for over 10 years helping them live a healthy, productive life.  I am a Certified Health Coach and Certified CE Gua Sha Educator specializing in stress and pain management, employing sustainable lifestyle modifications that help individuals find life-work balance, and create a mindset that is proactive, positive and peaceful. I enjoy eating a whole foods diet, baking, hiking, meditation and exploring the outdoors with my dog Remy.
